1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Food Sanitation Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Food Sanitation Law) in order to strengthen the hygiene management of the catering industry and ensure the health of consumers.

1. Provisions on the limits of pathogenic microorganisms, pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, heavy metals, pollutants and other substances harmful to human health in food and food-related products.

3. Nutritional requirements of infants and other special groups for main and supplementary foods.
4. Requirements for labels, labels and instructions related to food safety and nutrition.
5. Hygienic requirements in the process of food production and operation.

8. Other contents for which food safety standards need to be formulated.
