Scope and time:

Individual industrial and commercial households (except those that have been revoked, cancelled, moved out or transformed) shall submit the annual reports of individual industrial and commercial households for 20 13 and 20 14 to the market supervision and management department in turn from June 30th, 2007, and

Individual industrial and commercial households shall be responsible for the authenticity and timeliness of the information disclosed in the annual report.

First, the way of publicity.

Individual industrial and commercial households can choose whether to publicize the contents of their annual reports. Individual industrial and commercial households that choose to publicize the annual report shall submit the electronic annual report and publicize it through the website of Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Committee or the municipal enterprise credit information publicity system.

If individual industrial and commercial households choose not to publicize the annual report, they can submit a paper annual report to the industrial and commercial office responsible for their registration, or submit an electronic annual report through the website of Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Committee or Tianjin Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.

Second, the submission content and matters needing attention

1, administrative license acquisition and change information;

2. Production and operation information;

3, engaged in network management website or online shop name, address and other information;

4. Contact information;

5. Other materials required to be submitted according to law.
