1, spiced duck liver
Ingredients: 2 slices of duck liver, onion, ginger, fennel and sugar.
Practice: After washing duck liver, blanch it in boiling water pot to remove dirty blood and fishy smell. Ingredients: egg 1 piece, duck liver 1 piece, sesame oil.
Practice: Duck liver is cooked and cut into pieces. Shell the egg, take out the yolk, add appropriate amount of warm water, beat well, and add the minced duck liver. Steam on high fire for about 7 minutes. After the custard is steamed, pour in sesame oil.

3, tomato duck liver mud
Ingredients: tomato juice 15g, duck liver 25g, ginger slices.
Practice: Wash duck liver, soak it in cold water for more than half an hour, and remove blood. Boil the duck liver squeezed with blood in cold water and add a slice of ginger. Skim off the foam when cooking. Take out the cooked duck liver and mash it. Mash a tomato, take the juice, pour it into duck liver mud and stir well.
