According to the above responsibilities, the Sichuan Provincial Food and Drug Administration set up 16 internal organizations: (a) Office (Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Division).

Participate in the drafting of food, drug supervision and management of relevant local laws and regulations, draft regulations; responsible for the department's administration in accordance with the law, the implementation of administrative law enforcement accountability system; responsible for the legality of the organ's administrative normative documents and the relevant filing; standardize administrative law enforcement, administrative law enforcement supervision, administrative reconsideration, administrative appeals, and to promote the improvement of the mechanism for the convergence of administrative law enforcement and the criminal justice. (F) Food Service Supervision Department.

Supervise the implementation of national standards for drugs, medicinal excipients, packaging materials and containers in direct contact with drugs product catalogs, medicinal requirements, standards and on-site verification of registration; formulate cosmetic safety supervision and guide the implementation of rules, responsible for monitoring, analysis, prediction and evaluation of cosmetic safety; supervise the implementation of the catalog of over-the-counter medicines, non-clinical studies of drugs and the quality of clinical trials of drugs Management specification; responsible for drug re-registration and does not change the intrinsic quality of drugs, supplemental applications for verification; the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine varieties protection system, the organization of the formulation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials (including Tibetan medicinal materials) standards and traditional Chinese medicinal tablets (including Tibetan medicinal tablets) concoctions norms; guide the province's pharmaceutical products, packaging materials in direct contact with the drugs, containers, testing institutions, the technical review of accreditation agencies and the business and development of new drugs.

(IX) Medical Devices Supervision Department.

Supervise the implementation of national medical device standards and classification management; supervise the implementation of medical device production, business licensing and product registration;

(XII) Emergency Management Division.

Development of food and drug safety planning, capital and equipment planning and organization and implementation, to assume the organs and units directly under the budget, finance, state-owned asset management, financial funds performance evaluation and internal audit responsibilities; to assume the organs of government procurement and government procurement supervision of units directly under the government procurement work.
