Go to the designated entry-exit inspection and quarantine center. The red health certificate refers to the Certificate of International Travel Health Examination and the International Certificate of Vaccination or Preventive Measures, which are handled by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Center or the health institution approved by the Ministry of Health to undertake preventive health examination.

1. For on-site application or online appointment, the applicant submits materials to the customs.

2. After acceptance, the customs will conduct audit, register fees, and carry out infectious disease surveillance, physical examination and vaccination.

3. For those who have normal health examination, issue the International Travel Health Examination Certificate and health examination report.
