(14) Responsible for the unified management, supervision and comprehensive coordination of national certification and accreditation;
(15) Complete other tasks assigned by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council.

Article 7 of the Provisions on the Responsibility System for Administrative Law Enforcement in Market Supervision and Management shall, in comparison with the list of powers and responsibilities, formulate work guides and operational flow charts for important powers and responsibilities that directly affect the rights and obligations of the administrative counterpart according to different types of power, and make them public in an appropriate form.
