Rent reduction and exemption policy in Harbin
Harbin's policy on rent reduction requires Harbin's administrative institutions to rent-free small and medium-sized enterprises (excluding wholly state-owned and holding enterprises) and individual industrial and commercial households for two months or extend the rent-free period for two months.
