First, the fishing time:
From 00: 00 on March 1 day to 24: 00 on June 30, 2022. If the relevant local government extends the fishing ban according to local conditions, the starting and ending time of the fishing ban shall be implemented according to its regulations.
Second, the fishing area:
Rivers, reservoirs and other natural waters in our city; Among them, Xichuan Danjiang endemic fish national aquatic germplasm reserve, nanzhao county Yahekou Reservoir Mongolian Red national aquatic germplasm reserve and Xixia giant salamander provincial nature reserve are closed to fishing all the year round.
Three. Type of forbidden operation:
Fishing operations other than recreational fishing are prohibited; Leisure fishing only allows one person, one gun, one line and one hook; Among them, Danjiangkou Reservoir, Yahekou Reservoir and other waters where fishing is prohibited shall be subject to fishing management in accordance with their fishing ban regulations.
Four, in the fishing season and fishing area, because of scientific research and domestication and breeding activities need to capture natural fishery resources, must be approved by the fishery administrative department at or above the provincial level.
Five, every year to crack down on electric fish, fried fish, poisonous fish and unlicensed fishing and other illegal fishing activities that destroy aquatic biological resources; Prohibit the acquisition, processing, sale or use of illegally caught catches; It is forbidden for aquatic products trading markets, catering and other industries to use "wild fish" and "wild seafood" as gimmicks, and it is forbidden to publish advertisements containing the above prohibited contents; Prohibition of illegal fishing; It is forbidden to buy or sell recreational catch, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal fishing.
Six, in violation of the provisions of this notice, the agricultural and rural areas, public security and market supervision and management departments at all levels shall be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations; Suspected of a crime, transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility.
