Article 8
Citizens may observe the public trial of a case; according to the premises of the courtroom and the number of people attending the hearing, when necessary, with the People's Court issued by the hearing card into the courtroom. The following persons shall not be permitted to observe the hearing:
(1) minors (except those authorized by the court);
(2) mental patients and intoxicated persons;
(3) other persons unfit to observe the hearing.
Article 9 The spectators must observe the following disciplines:

(3) no speeches or questions;
