When Xiang Shilin was the secretary of Baojing County Committee from 65438 to 0992, he proposed and planned to build industrial parks while vigorously developing the industrial economy. After being the governor of Xiangxi, he made great efforts to promote the industrial economy, and quickly formed a liquor industry led by alcoholic liquor, which became one of the earliest listed companies in our province with its unique texture. The smelting scale and product export of manganese, lead and zinc rank in the forefront of the province and occupy an important position in the country; Phoenix Tobacco Factory and Longshan Tobacco Factory are competing for development. While developing the economy, we should attach importance to infrastructure construction and improve the level of basic work. The idea of "hydropower and thermal power simultaneously, large power grid and small power grid in the same grid" is put forward. While actively setting up small hydropower, we will introduce large power grids to solve the serious power shortage. Take traffic construction as the first infrastructure project. Put forward the policy of "closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation, mainly closing hillsides, combining economic forests with timber forests, giving priority to new economic forests", vigorously planting trees, greening barren hills, and promoting the construction of a good ecological environment. He has written more than 20 articles on rational thinking and work research on construction safety, construction labor economy, house demolition and real estate market.
