It has a reasonable equipment layout and technological process to prevent cross-contamination between food to be processed and direct food, raw materials and finished products, and to avoid food contact with toxic and unclean substances.

in the course of processing, catering service providers shall inspect the food and raw materials to be processed, and shall not process or use them if it is found that there is any circumstance specified in Item 6 of Article 34 of this Law.
