As a result, Linquan snack bar, Linquan barber shop, Linquan water pump repair department and even a real estate community development have appeared on this road one after another, making consumers mistakenly think that real estate development projects have some connection with Linquan trademark owners. Recently, Yang, the manager of the company, told the author that he was worried that this practice would have side effects.

The bigger threat is that the location of Hualong Group was officially renamed as Hualong Town from the previous year, and the town government also moved to the vicinity of Hualong Food City. At present, Hualong Town is in full swing. Soon, the private trademark right of Hualong Group will enter the public domain of 2.6 square kilometers, 20,000 people and more than 50 food processing enterprises. These legal persons and natural persons unrelated to Hualong Group will become users of Hualong place names. If those small instant noodle manufacturers who used to live next to Hualong secretly used the name of Hualong, forged the trademark of Hualong, or forged the packaging and decoration of Hualong, then these enterprises can safely use Hualong now. Moreover, this kind of use is also regarded as goodwill use, which is allowed by law! In 2000, Fan Xianguo, president of Hualong Group, expressed his concern about the entry of Hualong trademark into the public domain of Hualong Town, and all this will soon become a reality.
