When applying for inspection in prepackaged foods for the first time, the inspection unit shall provide the inspection materials according to the inspection requirements, as well as the relevant materials for label inspection and affix its official seal as follows:
(1) original label sample and translation;
(2) prepackaged foods Chinese label sample;
(3) A copy of the business license of the importer, distributor or agent listed in the label;
(4) When the label of imported prepackaged foods emphasizes a certain content, such as award-winning, certification, legal production area, geographical indication and other contents, or emphasizes that it contains special ingredients, it shall provide corresponding certification materials; If the content of nutrients is marked, proof of compliance shall be provided;
(5) other certificates or supporting documents that should be attached.
