At present, the quality of home decoration projects mainly adopts the "Quality Acceptance Standard for Home Decoration Projects" or "Quality Acceptance Evaluation Standard for Advanced Decoration Projects" according to the actual situation. At present, the air quality mainly adopts the Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering or the Indoor Air Quality Standard.

Settlement: the settlement of home decoration is the check and payment of engineering quantity and project completion payment after the project is completed and accepted. For the work at this stage, the project payment that should be settled should be calculated according to the principle of more refund and less compensation, more money and less money, and finally paid according to the settlement amount agreed by both parties.
Warranty: According to the Management Measures for Interior Decoration of Residential Buildings issued by the Ministry of Construction, the minimum warranty period for interior decoration of residential buildings is two years from May 1 2002.
