2. On the day of the exam, all candidates can take the exam within 48 hours before the exam, with the green card of Shandong electronic health password, the green card of communication big data travel card, and the paper version of the negative certificate of COVID-19 nucleic acid test, and verify the valid resident ID card and the examiner's health management information collection form. After the on-site test, the body temperature is normal. Candidates are requested to reserve sufficient admission time. It is recommended to arrive at the test center at least 1.5 hours in advance. Candidates must obey the command of the test center staff, keep a "one-meter line" and queue up for admission in an orderly manner. The paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test and the examiner's health management information collection form must be handed over to the staff when entering the test center.

Three, candidates with the following special circumstances, shall not take the exam:

1. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons, close contacts and sub-close contacts of monks during isolated observation;

2. Those who have developed fever, cough and other symptoms on/0/4 days before the exam and have not recovered and have not ruled out infectious diseases and physical discomfort;

3. Persons who have lived in key epidemic areas with moderate or high risk and left the above areas for less than 2 1 day;

4 living abroad and staying in China for less than 28 days;

5. An epidemic occurred within 2 1 day in the candidate's community.

Fourth, the day before the 14 exam, he had symptoms such as fever and cough. , must provide the diagnosis certificate and negative report of nucleic acid test issued by medical institutions within 48 hours before the test, and participate in the test in the isolation examination room. Candidates in this situation, please take the initiative to contact Rongcheng Municipal Education and Sports Bureau before coming to Rongcheng.

Five, cure the discharged confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, should hold the health examination report within 7 days before the examination, physical examination is normal, lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed, and the nucleic acid tests twice every 24 hours are negative.

6. People in low-risk areas outside Weihai must arrive in Rongrong at least 4 days in advance and provide negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure. On the 1 day, the second day and the fourth day after arrival, the nucleic acid detection was carried out 1 time respectively. Before the 1 nucleic acid test results came out, the code of public places was "yellow code", so it was impossible to enter all public places. After the 1 nucleic acid test results came out, before the third nucleic acid test results came out, the public place code was "Gray code", so it was impossible to enter the test center to take the test. If all three nucleic acid test results are negative, the code of public places will be changed to "blue code", and you can enter all public places, take public transportation and enter the test center to take the test.

Seven, candidates should do personal protection. Hand hygiene should be done at all times, and hand hygiene should be done before entering the examination room or washing hands with quick-drying hand disinfectant. Carry a spare mask with you and wear it scientifically and reasonably.

Eight, candidates should arrange transportation and accommodation reasonably, pay attention to food hygiene. Candidates travel "point-to-point" to and from the residence and test center according to the "two points and one line" travel mode. On the premise of ensuring safety, try to choose walking, cycling and private cars to and from the test center. People who take public transport should wear disposable gloves to reduce contact with public goods and parts, try to keep a distance from others, pay attention to hand hygiene, and reduce the stay time in crowded places such as traffic stations. Candidates who take a taxi or online car to the test center should reserve the vehicle in advance, take a seat in the back row when taking the bus, and do hand hygiene in time after getting off the bus. If you take the shuttle bus to the test center, keep the window open and ventilated, and sit in groups. Avoid eating and drinking in the car and touching other things with your hands on the way, and do a good job of hand hygiene after getting off the bus.

If there is any change in the above requirements, it shall be implemented according to the latest epidemic prevention requirements of our province and its territories.
