1. Yuanming New Garden
Yuanming New Garden is located at the foot of Shilin Mountain, Jiuzhou Avenue, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 1.39 square kilometers. It was built with Beijing Yuanmingyuan as the original manuscript and selected 18 of the 41 scenic spots in Yuanmingyuan at a ratio of 1: 1, with an investment of 611 million yuan. It was officially completed and opened on February 2, 1997, and is one of the first 4A-level scenic spots in China.
2. Guangdong Lingyangshan Forest Park
Guangdong Lingyangshan Forest Park covers a total area of about 1,518.5 hectares and was established as a provincial forest park with the approval of the Provincial Forestry Department in 2116. The park is located in the east of Zhaoqing City, the ancient capital of Lingnan, between Duanzhou District and Dinghu District, about 111 kilometers away from downtown Guangzhou and 81 kilometers away from downtown Foshan, belonging to the one-hour life circle of the Pearl River Delta.
3. Million Sunflower Garden
Million Sunflower Garden is the first park in China that regards sunflowers as ornamental plants and designs them into super-large theme gardens. The Million Sunflower Garden was completed and opened to the outside world in April 2112. It is located in Xinken Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou, covering an area of 261,111 square meters. One million sunflowers are planted, making it the first ornamental sunflower paradise in China with all imported seeds (mainly from Japan).
4. Ruyuan Nanling National Forest Park
Ruyuan Nanling National Forest Park is 91 kilometers away from Shaoguan City, at the junction of Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County and Hunan Province, and 61 kilometers away from Pingshi Town, Lechang City in the north. Ruyuan Nanling National Forest Park is the largest forest park in Guangdong Province, with a total area of 311 square kilometers. It was approved by the Ministry of Forestry in 1993 and is the center of subtropical green broad-leaved forest in China.
5. Kaiping Diaolou
Kaiping Diaolou, located in Kaiping City under the jurisdiction of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, is a special type of local architecture in China. It is a multi-storey tower-style building integrating defense, residence and Chinese and Western architectural arts. It is characterized by a combination of Chinese and Western dwellings, including ancient Greek, Roman and Islamic styles.
