Hunan Expressway ETC can't pass normally in the following situations:

1. Being blacklisted: If ETC is blacklisted offline, it needs to go through the corresponding procedures at the ETC outlet of the card-issuing bank before it can be released. If it is handled online, it can be recharged directly online, and the blacklist will be automatically released after the deduction is successful.

2. The label is invalid: please go to the relevant outlets or APPly for replacing the equipment by applying for an app or applet.

3. ETC information cannot be detected at the entrance and exit of the toll station: if the situation is uncertain, users can call Hunan Expressway Customer Service Hotline 12328 or give feedback through the online customer service of Hunan ETC Assistant WeChat applet.
