The company was incorporated on September 4, 2006. At present, there are seven waterworks, namely Lingtie Waterworks, Zhongyao Waterworks, Xijiao Waterworks, Henan Waterworks, Chencun Waterworks, Sanjin Waterworks and Yongning Waterworks, and two branches, namely Nanning Sewage Treatment Branch and Nanning ASEAN Economic Park Branch. There are four pressurization stations: Langdong pressurization station, Huqiu pressurization station, Funing pressurization station and South Station West pressurization station. The designed daily water supply capacity of the company reaches1190,000 cubic meters, and it is responsible for the production and supply of tap water in more than 95% of urban areas in Nanning, with a water supply area exceeding 180 square kilometers. Water quality testing technology and equipment, testing ability and level have entered the advanced ranks of the same industry in China; The quality of water supply is superior to the national standard. The company now has two sewage treatment plants, Longdong Sewage Treatment Plant and Jiangnan Sewage Treatment Plant, with a daily sewage treatment capacity of 440,000 cubic meters and an urban sewage treatment rate of over 80%, making it one of the advanced cities in China.

The water supply, meter reading, installation, charging and pipe network maintenance in Yongning, Huxian and Longgang Districts are respectively in charge of Yongning Waterworks, Yongning Business Office of Business Office and Yongning Work Area of Pipe Network Management Office.
