Article 24 of the Measures for the Establishment of Pension Institutions

In any of the following circumstances, the licensing authority shall cancel the license and make an announcement:

(a) the validity of the establishment license has not been extended;

(2) The pension institution is terminated according to law;

(3) The license is revoked or withdrawn according to law;

(four) the registration certificate is revoked by the registration authority according to law;

(5) The licensed project cannot be implemented due to force majeure;

(6) Other circumstances in which the license shall be cancelled according to laws and regulations.

After the licensing authority cancels the license according to law, it shall inform the relevant registration authority.
