4. If the construction period is calculated according to different floors, the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 will no longer be implemented.
Example: the third-class area 15000m2 assembled frame housing project, in which: 10 floor is 5000m2, and the eighth floor is 10000m2. Because the 5000m2 of the 10 floor accounts for 33% > 30% of the total construction area, the quota is 15000m2 of the 10 floor. Check1-180, and the construction period is 485 days.
5. The ground floor of a residential building or other building is a shop, and its construction period should be combined with the construction period of the residential building or other building, and shall not be used for a separate shop project.
6. The time limit for a project in the basement and underground garage in the quota should be combined with the time limit for a project in the basement and underground garage, and cannot be used separately. The service life of independent underground garage is multiplied by 2.5 coefficient according to the service life of underground garage.
7. The number of floors in the quota refers to the number of floors above the ground of the building, excluding the number of floors in the underground garage outside the building (electricity) staircase, water tank room, basement and roof.
8. When the number of floors and area of a unit project exceeds this quota, the construction period can be increased according to the difference between the last adjacent floors and areas in the quota.
9. When the foundation construction encounters unforeseen obstacles or ancient tombs, cultural relics, quicksand, caves, hidden banks, silt, etc. If treatment is really necessary, the construction period can be extended according to the actual treatment time through negotiation between Party A and Party B. ..
10. The foundation excavation in the quota shall be subject to the three types of soil. For four types of soil, the unit construction period is multiplied by the coefficient 1.02, and the stonework is multiplied by the coefficient 1.05.

Example: A group of 7 external residential buildings with a total area of 32,000 ㎡ are poured in the second-class area, including 16 floors, 165㎡2 buildings with 6 floors and15,500 ㎡ 5 buildings. The construction period is:

7. The provisions on the coefficient of increase or decrease and the number of days in the unit engineering quota are also applicable to group residential projects, but they shall not be calculated according to the cumulative coefficient and number of days of each building.
8. The time limit for a single residential project in a group residential project shall be assessed according to the planned time limit or contract time limit designed by the construction unit.
