In order to further highlight the local specialty snacks in Wuhu and cultivate and carry forward the catering culture in Wuhu, the 8th Phoenix Food Culture Festival in Wuhu organized the selection of the top ten famous snacks in Wuhu. At present, 21 candidate Wuhu famous snacks have been produced, from which ten famous snacks in Wuhu will be produced.

from September 18 to October 18, Wuhu citizens recommended a large number of famous snacks around them through SMS and hotline voting. The organizing committee selected 21 candidate snacks with Wuhu characteristics and broad mass base. The 21 candidate snacks are: steamed soup buns in Four Seasons Spring, crisp sesame cake in Geng Fuxing, small conch casserole, Lanyixing roast duck, Xiaoxing chestnut, Xiaolong hanging furnace roast duck, juweixiang pig's hoof claw, Kowloon big steamed bun, Laopujia bean jelly, Lao Li's spiced screw, Chen Laosi's baked cake, Zhangji maltose, old man's old milk and old duck soup, big man's spicy hotpot, Shuangtongxiang grandma's beef noodles, and second sister.

The winners are as follows; Steamed baozi stuffed with soup and big steamed dumplings in the four seasons of spring, big man mala Tang, grandma beef noodles in Shuangtong Lane, old Pujia bean jelly, old man old milk old duck soup, Geng Fuxing steamed baozi stuffed with soup and crisp sesame seed cake, Lanyixing roast duck, small poly-flavored trotters, small conch casserole and small xing chestnut.
