1. Scope of application

III. Procedures

IV. Relevant requirements

1. 3. The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau should carefully verify and control the source of the documents in the issuance process, and track down the real situation of the use of the pass for the construction unit of key projects. In accordance with the requirements of "double randomness and one openness", we should intensify sampling inspection on the use of passes and severely deal with illegal use of passes according to the law.

4. the office of the municipal headquarters and the supervision and accountability group of the municipal headquarters should inform the whole city of the failure to implement the requirements of this circular and illegally obstruct the passage, which will affect the traffic of vehicles in key project construction units, make rectification within a time limit, and investigate the responsibilities of relevant personnel according to the circumstances.
