The reporter learned from the northbound farmers' market that 30 colored plastic bags can be bought for 4 yuan, and more than 20 can be bought for 4 yuan in disposable cups. Only some of these packaging bags and containers are simply marked with the manufacturer and address on the outer packaging, most of them belong to "three noes" products, and some have pungent smells. Nevertheless, a stall owner who specializes in wholesale plastic bags said, "My business is good. The stalls selling vegetables, cooked food and fish in the vegetable market are all purchased directly from here. "

There are great security risks in packaging materials.

"At present, there are great safety hazards in food packaging materials on the market, and many foods are polluted during the packaging process." According to the staff of the Food Department of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, in the daily sampling inspection, most of the foods with the total number of colonies exceeding the standard are caused by unqualified packaging materials. Almost one-third of the existing food plastic packaging products manufacturers in Shenyang are small enterprises. Some factories have poor equipment and lax product quality control. What's more, some enterprises illegally use recycled materials to produce food packaging containers in order to obtain illegal profits. Repeated use of this packaging container for a long time will cause toxic and harmful substances to migrate into food and lead to chronic poisoning through accumulation, especially for children and adolescents.

There are still more than 100 enterprises without licenses.

According to a thorough investigation by the Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision, there are more than 200 manufacturers of food plastic packaging containers, tools and other products in Shenyang. At present, only nearly 20 enterprises have obtained "QS" certification, and more than 100 enterprises have not applied for licenses.

The staff of the Food Department of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau introduced that the first batch of food contact materials with the "QS" logo involved 39 varieties in three categories: packaging, containers and tools. These products include drinking buckets, retail food packaging bags, instant noodle bags, puffed food bags, disposable tableware, plastic bottles, children's tableware, student tableware and so on.

These products will enter the unlicensed investigation period on June 65438+ 10/next year. At that time, enterprises without production licenses shall not produce and sell products listed in the catalogue, and sales units shall not sell products without production licenses. Otherwise, a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan will be imposed.
