Beijing Association of Old Firms is a non-profit social organization legal person which is voluntarily and jointly initiated by some of the old firms in Beijing and approved to be registered by the registration authority of social organizations in Beijing. The supervisory unit of the Association is Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce; the president is Jiang Junxian (Chairman of China Quanjude (Group) Co., Ltd.); and the honorary president is Cheng Hong (Vice Mayor of Beijing). Beijing Association of Old Firms has more than 140 group members of old firms from commerce, catering, service, production and processing, culture and other industries, accounting for nearly 90% of the live old firms in Beijing.
