Since its construction in 1908, it has changed ownership four times, first known as the Great Northern Telegraph Company Building. China Merchants Building

The first new shipping enterprise run by China itself? It was during this period that the China Merchants Bureau was founded. Built in 1901, the building is a three-story brick structure facing west and east.
