(2) The responsibilities of food hygiene license of the Provincial Health Department, food safety supervision of catering services such as restaurants and canteens (hereinafter referred to as catering services) and health supervision and management of health food and cosmetics are assigned to the Provincial Food and Drug Administration.
(3) strengthen the responsibility of providing "through train" service for large enterprises.
(4) cancel or stop the administrative fees that have been announced by the provincial government.
