China Catering Professional Manager Qualification Examination China Catering Professional Manager Qualification Examination (CMEP) was jointly developed by the National Higher Education Self-taught Examination Steering Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "National Examination Committee") and the China Cuisine Association.
