1, aluminum frame assembly

After the aluminum profile is cut, it should be assembled on a special workbench. When mass-producing aluminum frames, the dies should be set on the workbench and assembled according to the fixed dies to ensure the uniformity of aluminum frame assembly. The assembled aluminum frame should check the following items: the size and length difference between the edges of the aluminum frame; The diagonal length difference of aluminum frame; Assembly clearance between aluminum materials; Smoothness between adjacent aluminum materials.

2. Glass production

The glass is processed by the manufacturer as required and sent to the aluminum frame assembly workshop.

Step 3 purify

Purification is the most critical process in structural glass assembly production. Only by carefully cleaning the surface of the substrate according to the process requirements can structural glass components with specified reliability be manufactured. Xylene for oily stains; For non-oily stains, use a mixture of isopropanol and water.

Step 4 configure

Positioning is to fix the glass in the designated position of the aluminum frame. Generally, positioning fixture is used to ensure that the datum lines of the two are coincident. On the positioning platform, baffles with a height of about 100mm are set along a group of adjacent edges of the platform as the positioning benchmark of the glass. Install the aluminum frame positioning fixture on the surface of the platform, and fix the aluminum frame on the platform according to the design position of glass and aluminum frame. Stick double-sided adhesive on the aluminum frame according to the design position, so that the glass will fall along the baffle, and the two datum lines will overlap. The glass should be positioned successfully at one time, and it should not be moved under the condition of incorrect positioning, because once the glass touches the double-sided adhesive, the adhesive will stick to the glass, and coating structural adhesive on this layer of adhesive can not guarantee its firm adhesion with the glass. After the glass is positioned, an empty belly with glass and aluminum frame as the side wall and pad as the bottom is formed, and its size should be the same as the width and thickness of the glue line.

Step 5 inject glue

Protect the aluminum profile or glass surface about 5cm around the glue injection place with non-stick tape paper to prevent these parts from being polluted by glue; Check the variety, brand and production date of structural adhesive; Inject glue with a glue machine. When injecting glue, keep a proper speed, so that the air in the cavity can be exhausted to prevent the occurrence of cavities, and the air when compressed air squeezes the glue can also be exhausted to prevent bubbles from remaining in the glue joint and ensure the fullness of the glue joint; After the glue injection of components is completed, the glue joint shall be compacted and leveled with a scraper immediately. Glue injection should be carried out in a dust-free environment.

6. Maintenance

After glue injection, the plate should be left standing in a static field for curing, and the one-component structural glue can be transported only after standing for 7 days.

The temperature required for environmental maintenance is 23 5℃ and the relative humidity is 70% 5%.
