Shaanxi vocational college of tourism and cooking was founded in 1994. It is an ordinary institution of higher learning approved by the people's government of Shaanxi Province, put on record by the Ministry of Education, enrolled students within the national plan, and issued a nationally recognized academic certificate. It is the national cooking training demonstration base of China Cuisine Association in northwest China.
