What is a small micro-enterprise
In July 2011, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Bureau of Statistics, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, four departments studied and formulated the "small and medium-sized enterprise classification standard provisions", small and medium-sized enterprises are divided into three types of medium-sized, small, micro-types of specific standards based on the enterprise's employees, business income, total assets and other indicators, combined with industry characteristics.

Among them, micro-enterprises are:

(a) agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries. Business income of less than 500,000 yuan for microenterprises.

(iii) Construction. Microenterprises with a business revenue of less than 3 million yuan or total assets of less than 3 million yuan.

(iv) Wholesale Industry. Microenterprises with fewer than five employees or operating revenues of less than 10 million yuan.

(v) Retail trade. Microenterprises with fewer than 10 employees or operating revenues of less than 1 million yuan.

(vi) Transportation. Microenterprises with fewer than 20 employees or operating revenues of less than 2 million yuan.

(vii) Warehousing. Employing less than 20 people or operating income of less than 1 million yuan for micro-enterprises.

(ix) Accommodation. Microenterprises with fewer than 10 employees or operating revenues of less than 1 million yuan.

(xiii) real estate development and operation. Operating income of less than 1 million yuan or total assets of less than 20 million yuan for microenterprises.

(xiv) property management. Employees less than 100 people or operating income of less than 5 million yuan for microenterprises.

(xv) leasing and business services. Less than 10 employees or total assets of less than 1 million yuan for micro-enterprises.

(xvi) Other industries not listed. Microenterprises with fewer than 10 employees
