③ Go to the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention to apply for the Health Certificate of employees;

④ Individual industrial and commercial households should apply for the Food Business License at the local market supervision and management sub-bureau (formerly "industrial and commercial office"), and enterprises should apply for the Food Business License at the district market supervision and management bureau; The local market supervision and management sub-bureau (formerly "industrial and commercial office") shall handle the Food Business License;

⑤ Go to the corresponding fire department for the Certificate of Fire Safety Inspection of Public Gathering Places before Operation, and the comprehensive window of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the fire window of the joint review center of the construction drawing of the administrative service center

⑤ Go to the local EIA approval department for the examination and approval of environmental impact assessment documents;
