To open a braised pork shop, you need to apply for a business license, a tax registration certificate from the tax department, a food hygiene license, and a health certificate from the health supervision department. Braised pork shop belongs to individual industrial and commercial households, and needs to apply for business license and tax registration. However, when determining the business scope, it should be noted that business items are divided into general business items and licensed business items, in which general business items can be filled in according to their own requirements and business names.

A licensed project needs to apply to the licensing authority for a license, and the business scope of the licensed project can be legally operated only after obtaining the license.

Article 39

Where an administrative organ makes a decision to grant an administrative license and needs to issue an administrative license certificate, it shall issue the following administrative license certificate affixed with the seal of the administrative organ to the applicant:

(1) License, license or other license certificates;

(2) Qualification certificate, qualification certificate or other qualification certificate;

(3) the approval documents or certification documents of the administrative organ;

(four) other administrative licensing documents as prescribed by laws and regulations. Article 38

If the applicant's application meets the statutory conditions and standards, the administrative organ shall make a written decision to approve the administrative license according to law.

If an administrative organ makes a written decision not to grant an administrative license according to law, it shall explain the reasons and inform the applicant of the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law.
