Simply put, the so-called trinity place is a small factory and workshop integrating production, living and storage. According to the form of expression, it can be divided into three categories: "trinity" places of film development, line setting, sporadic construction, operation, processing and storage. According to the nature of use, it is divided into three categories: family workshop, business, catering and entertainment.

Requirements for fire safety investigation and layout in three-in-one place

1. Public places should be equipped with fire extinguishers, fire emergency lighting and light fire hoses.

2. The partition wall in the accommodation room should be incombustible and built at the bottom of the floor.

3. Except the kitchen, LPG tanks and flammable liquids of Class A, B and C shall not be used or stored in common places. The kitchen where liquefied gas tanks are stored should be separated by fire prevention measures and equipped with natural smoke exhaust windows.

4. The laying of fire power distribution lines in public places shall meet the requirements of GB500 16. The laying of other distribution lines shall meet the following requirements:

A) The electrical priority specification shall meet the load requirements of electrical equipment, and temporary electrical lines shall not be pulled randomly.

B) Combustible materials shall be avoided in line laying, and fire prevention measures such as metal pipes and flame-retardant plastic pipes shall be taken when it is inevitable.

C) When the ceiling is made of combustible materials or there are combustible materials in the ceiling, the wires in the ceiling must pass through metal doors and flame-retardant plastic pipes.

If the phenomenon of "three in one, many in one" is found, and there is no independent accommodation room or independent escape and evacuation passage, the personnel must be immediately ordered to relocate or move away, otherwise the business will be closed, and the illegal buildings will be demolished if they are not implemented; If it is found that the place has a certificate, but the management is chaotic, a large number of flammable and combustible materials are stored, the electrical lines are wrongly connected, and flammable and combustible materials are stored in the charging area of the battery car, the owner must be ordered to immediately rectify and equip with fire-fighting equipment.

Legal basis:

Article 105 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, if a production and business operation entity commits one of the following acts, it shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and be fined not more than 50,000 yuan, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined not more than 10,000 yuan; Overdue correction, shall be ordered to suspend production and business for rectification; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law:

(1) The workshops, shops and warehouses that produce, manage, store and use dangerous goods are in the same building as the staff dormitory, or the distance from the staff dormitory does not meet the safety requirements;

(2) The production and business premises and staff quarters are not provided with exits and evacuation passages that meet the emergency evacuation needs and are clearly marked and kept smooth, or occupy, lock or block the exits and evacuation passages of the production and business premises and staff quarters.
