The safety grade of catering food is divided into three grades: A (excellent), B (good) and C (general), and the default grade is C.

The safety level of food sold is divided into four levels: A (trustworthiness), B (basic trustworthiness), C (dishonesty) and D (serious dishonesty), and the default level is B.
