Chaozhou Kaideyuan B&B Address: Next to Fenghuang Dan Cong Tea Museum, Jiang Yan Road, fenghuang town Description: Kaideyuan B&B is located in fenghuang town, Chaoan District, Chaozhou City, the birthplace of the She nationality in China and the hometown of oolong tea in China, with its back to Nanling Houhe Tea Mountain and adjacent to Chaozhou Fenghuang Dan Cong Tea Museum. The project covers an area of 5,300 square meters with a building area of 3,600 square meters. Kaideyuan is transformed from the collapsed and dilapidated Kaideyuan Temple and the surrounding old village houses. Kaideyuan B&B is another important rural cultural tourism project carefully built by Guangdong Phoenix Valley Cultural Tourism Company after successfully building Chaozhou Phoenix Dan Cong Tea Expo Hall. Kaideyuan residential community consists of the reception area of Kaideyuan main building and independent courtyards such as Chaxiangju, Chaliju, Chashanju and Songchaju. Supporting functional areas include restaurants, multi-functional meeting rooms, tea rooms, reading rooms, bars, KTV, swimming pools, gyms, and tea garden viewing trails. Kaideyuan B&B has focused on tea industry, tea culture and tea life since the planning, hoping to rebuild this piece of grass, trees, one house and one house through dialogue with history, architecture and humanities.
