World Chefs' Day (October ?20).

Chef's Day was proposed by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) at the 31st WACS Congress held in Dublin, Ireland, in March 2004, and October 20 is designated as World Chef's Day every year. During the Chef's Day, the "Famous Points", "Famous Dishes" and "Famous Banquets" of each country will be evaluated and the highest award in the chef's industry will be granted: the Golden Tripod Award.

"Chef's Day" began in 1990, initially by the Jinan, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hefei, Changsha, Changsha, Chengdu, Xi'an and other twelve cities in the country of civil society organizations organized on their own initiative. Establishment of the purpose
