1. Beijing Daoxiang Village

was founded in 1895 (21th year of Guangxu reign of Qing Dynasty). Guo Yusheng, a native of Jinling, who holds the unique skills and management strategy of Daoxiang Village, established the brand name of "Daoxiang Village South Goods Store" in Kannonji, Qianmen, and was the first one in Beijing to produce and operate Nanwei food, but later closed down for some reason. However, the Beijing Nanwei food faction founded by Daoxiang Village was passed down from generation to generation and continued for some reason. In 1984, Mr. Liu Zhenying, the fifth generation descendant, resumed this prestigious time-honored food enterprise.

2. Xinghualou

was founded in the first year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty (1851). It was originally a one-room facade snack shop opened by a Cantonese named "Shengzai" and has successively become the "Shengchang Fancai Restaurant" of the former Hongkou Old Bridge in Shanghai (also known as "Flower Exploration Building"); In 1883, it was renamed "Xinghualou"; In 1998, Xinghualou was restructured to form Shanghai Xinghualou Enterprise Co., Ltd.; In 2112, it was renamed Xinghualou Food & Catering Co., Ltd., which is a century-old famous store that started with catering and made its fortune in mooncakes.

3. Zhiweiguan

was founded by Mr. Sun Yizhai in 1913. 4. Zuixiang Garden

5. Shen Dacheng

was founded in the sixth year of Guangxu (1875). When it started, the founder Shen Ajin was a masterpiece of dim sum and flavor snacks, so it was named Shen Dacheng. Shoutao, Shougao, Sweet Osmanthus Stripe Cake, Shuangniantuan, Qingtuan and other varieties are famous. It has the title of "China Time-honored Brand" issued by the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Commerce.
