High-risk areas are defined as areas where there are more than 50 cumulative new confirmed cases, and where there is a clustered outbreak within 14 days.

Medium-risk areas are defined as areas where there are new confirmed cases within 14 days, where the cumulative number of confirmed new crowns has not exceeded 50, where there are more than 50 confirmed new crowns, and where there is no aggregation of outbreaks within 14 days.

Low-risk areas are defined as having no confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia or no new increase in confirmed cases of new crowns for 14 consecutive days.

Relevant organizations can return to work in an orderly manner, and guide employing enterprises to do a good job in protecting against the epidemic, so that they can simultaneously promote the prevention and control of the epidemic and the resumption of work by enterprises.
