Note: The application materials should be printed on A4 paper (except drawings), stamped with official seal page by page, and bound in sequence; If the submitted materials are photocopies, they shall be marked as "original copy" and stamped with the official seal of the unit. The contents of the application materials shall be true, complete and clear, and shall not be altered. The enterprise that has not obtained the official seal shall be signed and sealed by the legal representative on the information provided.
