On March 18, the city 18 units jointly issued "Several Measures on Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households to Prevent and Control Normalized Epidemic and Accelerate the Recovery and Development" (referred to as "new six articles").
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the policies and measures of the "new six articles" can be summarized as "continuing a batch, improving a batch and adding a batch": continuing to implement policies such as tax reduction and fee reduction strongly advocated by enterprises, refining and improving the access and service scope of the original policies, studying the new needs of enterprises and proposing new policies. Among them, in view of the rising demand for online ordering during the epidemic, the city will encourage online ordering platforms to increase subsidies to operators in the platform and speed up settlement. At the same time, it is building a unified take-away ordering platform in the city to help catering businesses reduce costs.
