Second, after the company name is approved, two pre-approvals are required.

One is to apply for a dangerous chemicals business license in the Safety Supervision Bureau, and the other is to apply for a fire permit in the Public Security Bureau.

Third, after the pre-approval is completed, go to the industrial and commercial bureau to apply for a business license. Pre-approval, application, agreement of shareholders' general meeting, articles of association, domicile certificate and identity certificate of the investor shall be submitted.

Fourth, after the business license is completed, you need to go to the Provincial Department of Commerce for post-approval and refined oil retail license.
