According to the Notice of the Office of the People's Government of Longgang District, Shenzhen on Implementing the Deployment of Central Provinces and Cities to Promote the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Epidemic and Accelerate the Recovery of Economic and Social Development, and the Notice of the Housing and Construction Bureau of Longgang District, Shenzhen on Fully Implementing the Decision-making Deployment of Epidemic Prevention and Control and Helping Housing Construction to Resume Work in an Orderly Way, in order to standardize the application and management of special fund subsidies for investment projects in response to the epidemic in our district and ensure the implementation of the special fund subsidy policy as soon as possible, the Operation Guide for special fund subsidies for government investment projects in response to the epidemic in Longgang District is formulated.

Scope and conditions of subsidy: government-invested supervision projects (excluding municipal management and secondary projects) that have passed the self-inspection before March 3, 2020, and construction enterprises on the construction site (general contracting units and professional contracting units of specialized contracting projects) that have passed the inspection of relevant epidemic prevention and safety departments in the district.
