1. Prepare application materials. Application, copy of business license, copy of operator's ID card, proof of property rights of production and processing sites, etc. For specific requirements, please consult the local Food and Drug Administration.

2. Submit the application. The applicant shall fill in the application for registration certificate of small food workshops according to the model and submit the application materials to the local Food and Drug Administration.

3. Material receiving. Each sub-bureau will review the materials within the scope of acceptance in accordance with relevant regulations, and inform the applicant of all the contents that need to be corrected at one time if there are any nonconformities.

4. Accept the application. Each sub-bureau will issue a notice to meet the requirements within five working days.

5. Implement the audit. After accepting the application, each branch office will complete the material review within five working days, and conduct on-site verification on the newly applied food workshop.

6. Certification and publicity. To meet the requirements of the application, each branch office will publicize the small food workshop to be issued before issuing the registration certificate for not less than five working days.

7. Registration decision. If the objection is established, it shall not be registered; if the objection is not established or there is no objection, it shall be registered and a registration certificate shall be issued.

8. Issue the registration certificate. The applicant can get the registration certificate with the original acceptance decision, the original and copy of the operator's ID card.
