1. Confirmation application: Enterprises need to confirm the application for ISO900 1 quality management system certification and choose an ISO certification institution (with corresponding qualification certification) for cooperation.
2. Initial evaluation: the certification body will make an initial evaluation of the enterprise, including understanding the organizational structure, business scope, business philosophy and management system of the enterprise, and putting forward preliminary opinions on whether it is suitable for certification.
3. Preparation of system documents: Enterprises need to prepare management system documents that meet the requirements of ISO900 1 standards, including quality manuals, procedure documents, work instructions and records.
4. Internal audit: The enterprise needs to conduct internal audit on the prepared documents to check whether the documents meet the requirements and are implemented in actual operation.
5. Application for registration audit: the certification body conducts on-site audit, including the on-site environment, personnel, facilities and processes of the enterprise, and compares them with documents and records. The audit results are divided into three situations: unconditional pass, conditional pass and no pass.
6. On-site audit: The certification body conducts on-site audit on the quality management system of the enterprise according to the audit plan.
7. Issue audit report: After the audit institution completes the audit, it will prepare and issue an audit report, including audit results, suggestions and next action plans.
8. Certification decision: The certification body makes a decision on whether to certify according to the audit report. If it passes the certification, it will issue a certification certificate, and indicate the applicable standards and certification scope.
9. Supervision and audit: The certification body will conduct supervision and audit regularly to ensure that the enterprise quality management system continuously meets the requirements of ISO900 1 standard.
10. Re-certification audit: The certification body will re-audit the quality management system of the enterprise to ensure that the enterprise still meets the requirements of ISO900 1 standard.
