Chengdu Yanlord Landmark is one of the important investment projects of Singapore Yanlord Land Group participating in the development of western China. The planned construction area of the project is about 200,000 square meters, and the main building includes international standard Grade A office building, hotel serviced apartments and international brand shopping mall, which has the composite business and commercial functions of business office, international conference, commercial and residential, shopping, catering and leisure services. The project is planned and designed by the world-renowned NBBJ Company, and has cooperated with many international companies, such as ARUP (Arup) International Engineering Consultant Company of the United Kingdom, Southwest Design and Research Institute of China Architecture, Fraser of Singapore, EDI of the United States, Panorama of the United Kingdom, DTZ of Hong Kong, and Jones Lang LaSalle, etc. The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2012, and will be completed in the second half of 2013.
