A food business enterprise that implements a unified distribution business model can uniformly check the supplier license and food certificate by the enterprise headquarters.

When purchasing food, food business operators shall check the supplier's license, food factory inspection certificate or other qualified certificates (hereinafter referred to as qualified certificates).
Food trading enterprises shall establish a food purchase inspection record system, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production date or production batch number, shelf life, purchase date, supplier's name, address and contact information of the food, and keep relevant vouchers. The retention period of records and vouchers shall conform to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 50 of this Law.
A food business enterprise that implements a unified distribution operation mode may uniformly check the supplier's license and food qualification certificate by the enterprise headquarters, and make a good record of food purchase inspection.
An operating enterprise engaged in food wholesale business shall establish a food sales record system, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production date or batch number, shelf life, sales date, name, address and contact information of the purchaser of the wholesale food, and keep relevant vouchers. The retention period of records and vouchers shall conform to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 50 of this Law.
