1. Misunderstanding of brand selection. Many developers choose residential elevators to blindly pursue brands. In fact, if the residential elevator is below 2.5M/S, the domestic brands have completely passed the test, so there is no need to consider the brands too much. If too many brands are considered, the cost will increase invisibly.

2. Cheap misunderstanding. Some developers only pursue cheap prices, which often leads to the increase of family cost in the later period. At the same time, it will also cause developers to damage the company's reputation because the elevator is too cheap, which will cause many service mistakes from the elevator quality.

3. Mistakes in technology selection. At present, when choosing elevators, developers often only consider whether there is a computer room. In fact, the elevator with machine room only refers to ordinary elevators, and the civil engineering cost is high, which has long passed. So when choosing an elevator with a machine room, you must choose whether it is a small machine room or an ordinary machine room.

4. Misunderstanding of configuration. Some developers only consider VVVF when choosing elevators. In fact, elevators controlled by VVVF can be divided into PLC control and microcomputer control. At present, elevators controlled by 32-bit microcomputer are widely used, and the cost of elevators controlled by PLC is correspondingly low, but it cannot be upgraded.

Even if the upgrade is expensive. But if the elevator is controlled by microcomputer and serial communication interface, there is a lot of room for upgrading in the future. Therefore, we think it is best to choose a small machine room elevator controlled by VVVF or an elevator without machine room, so that the civil engineering cost will be greatly reduced. If the small machine room elevator is simpler in design than the ordinary machine room elevator (the small machine room elevator extends the elevator shaft upward by 2.5M), the construction is also convenient; The ordinary machine room is larger than the elevator shaft, so the bearing capacity of most parts must be considered when designing and constructing.

Elevator without machine room can save civil engineering costs. At present, there are 26 floors in Shanghai and 22 floors in Shenzhen, but the technology and components below 35 floors in China can match. Advanced control methods, such as microcomputer control and serial communication, must be considered in configuration selection. If you are willing to pay 20 thousand yuan more, it will be better to choose permanent magnet synchronous gearless main engine. In this way, no matter how high the grade of your house is, it will be fully satisfied.
