Article 3 Anyone who engages in food business in circulation shall obtain a food circulation license according to law.

a food producer who has obtained a food production license does not need to obtain a food circulation license to sell the food he produces in his production place; A catering service provider who has obtained a catering service license does not need to obtain a food circulation license to sell its processed food in its catering service place.

Article 17 Where an application for food circulation license submitted by an applicant is accepted, the licensing authority shall make a decision on whether to grant the license within 21 days from the date of acceptance. If a licensing decision cannot be made within 21 days, it may be extended for 11 days with the approval of the person in charge of the licensing authority, and the applicant shall be informed of the reasons for the extension.
