3, confirmed by the applicant company, will send the official application form and notification, the notification includes the following requirements:

a, the official application form is signed, wire transfer certification fees (can be paid in RMB) to the office.

b, Send the test samples to the specified location as notified.

4. The designated laboratory will carry out the certification work on time.

5. After the certification test, a preliminary report (Findings Letter) will be sent to the applicant company, detailing the following:

a. How the structure of the product needs to be improved in order to comply with the standards.

b, to be used to complete the certification report of other data.

c, please apply for the company to review the certification record (Certification Record) draft content

d, CSA certification required mark and access to the mark method.

e, the product required by the factory test (Factory Tests).

6, CSA International will apply for the company's answer to the fifth item above to evaluate.

7. At the same time, CSA International will prepare a certification report (Certification Report) used as a reference for the production of the product and tracking inspection.

8, to this stage, in some cases, CSA International to the factory for the initial factory evaluation (Initial Factory Evaluation), referred to as IFE.

9, CSA International will be together with the certification record (Certification Record) issued a certificate of compliance. Certification Record) issued a certificate of compliance (Certification of Compliance) authorizes the applicant company to add the CSA certification mark on its products.

10, the applicant company and CSA International to sign a service agreement (Service Agreement), in order to indicate that the two sides agreed to CSA International to the factory for product tracking inspection, the factory accepts 2-4 times a year factory inspection. The applicant company needs to pay an annual fee (Annual Fee) to maintain the agreement.
