longitudinal and transverse joints of thermal insulation layer shall be staggered.
all interfaces and supporting places must be bonded with special glue to ensure sealing and prevent cold running and dew condensation.
before the construction of thermal insulation, it is necessary to confirm whether the specifications of the pipe sleeve are consistent with the thermal insulation pipe, so as to avoid the phenomenon of being too large or too small.
after installation, all tees, elbows, valves, flanges and other accessories need to reach the design thickness.
During installation, the large pipe should be followed by the small pipe, the elbow first, the tee then the straight pipe, and finally the valve and flange.
when the riser is insulated, its height is less than or equal to 5m, and each floor should be provided with a support tray, the height is more than 5m, and each floor should be no less than two. The support trays should be welded on the pipe wall, and their positions should be 211mm above the riser clamp, and the tray diameter should not be greater than the thickness of the insulation layer.
expansion joints should be left at the supports of thermal insulation pipes, and they should be filled with rubber and plastic thermal insulation materials.
For pipeline insulation layer, an expansion joint with a gap of 5mm should be left every 5 ~ 7m on the straight pipe section, and an expansion joint with a gap of 21 ~ 311mm should be left at the bend with a pipe diameter less than or equal to 311 mm. The expansion joint should be filled with rubber and plastic insulation materials and wrapped with special tape.
when using the shell to keep warm, the operation method is generally coordinated by two people. One person cuts the seam of the shell and wraps it on the pipe, and squeezes it with both hands. The other person squeezes the shell evenly along one end of the shell to the other end, so that it can be closely adhered to the pipe.
All single-layer insulation sleeves must be sealed to ensure sealing. 9.12 All joints shall be installed in inconspicuous places as far as possible to ensure beauty.
Shake the container before using the glue to make the glue uniform. In actual installation, use a small jar of glue to prevent it from evaporating too fast. If necessary, pour the large jar into the small jar for use, and seal the jar mouth when not in use.
when coating glue on the surface of the material to be bonded, it should be thin and uniform. When the glue dries, the best bonding effect is to touch the hands without sticking them. The natural drying time of glue depends on the temperature and relative humidity of the construction environment according to the glue specification.
when bonding, to grasp the bonding opportunity, just press the two bonding surfaces together.
if the glue is dry, it should be re-glued and then bonded. If the glue is dried more than twice, the old glue must be removed before gluing.
after the construction of thermal insulation base, due to its low strength, attention should be paid not to let foreign objects disturb the base and affect the bonding effect. Before the strength of the surface coating is reached, it is forbidden to slam by external factors, so as not to affect the molding effect. Protect all embedded parts and pipe fittings on the construction site to avoid sticking mortar or being damaged during construction.
